When I woke up, it was as if the birds began to sing and it was suddenly spring! My skin felt amazing and the dryness had diminished significantly. Every now and then we need to break up with toxic patterns we build without realizing. Instead of feeling energized and 22, you are making me feel tired, grouchy and physically slow. Some of the foods I have been eating are sugary, processed, and I can't even pronounce the ingredients. I have been sucked into bad-eating habits and it feels like I am in a deep, dark, hole that I can't get out of. I don't feel happy with you, in fact I am losing my self-esteem.<br />
<br />
Time does not pick favorites, it runs and runs and the only warning you get is the clock. However, some of my to-do lists are never finished because you get in the way, you are ruining my routine and this needs to come to an end.<br />
<br />
I am choosing to detach myself from uninvited habits and become the organized, healthy and productive person I know I can be. Breaks ups don't always have to involve another person, although I am going through that one, too.<br />

También estas llenando espacio que tengo con videos, fotos y música que ya no quiero y simplemente no puedo comprar mas "gigabytes" para ti- cuestas mucho.<br />

En ves de tener energía y sentirme de 22, me estas haciendo sentir cansada, gruñona y físicamente lenta. Las sustancias de las cosas que últimamente he estado comiendo son procesadas y están hechas a base de azucares y la verdad no puedo pronunciar algunos de los ingredientes. Siento que estos hábitos me están consumiendo, siento que estoy atrapada en un agujero hondo y oscuro. No soy feliz contigo, de hecho siento mi autoestima muy abajo.<br />

El tiempo no perdona a nadie, ni tiene favoritos- a todos se nos escurre por igual y la única advertencia que nos deja es el reloj. Pero, mi lista de tareas nunca las termino por tu culpa, estas arruinando mi rutina y esto debe terminar.<br />

I want to share one of my favorite beauty tricks of all time - especially when I'm feeling lazy. I don't know about you, but when I get home from a long day, the last thing I want to do is spend time removing my makeup. I just want to brush my teeth and quickly get in bed! So, I sometimes use coconut oil instead of mascara. The oil gives my lashes the illusion of having a coat of mascara by appearing thicker, <i>wet</i> and really dark and it still makes me look awake.<br />
